At Alcon Brake Kits, we stand behind our high-performance braking systems and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please ensure all components are securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address for your specific kit.
Prepare the Package
Place the brake components in their original internal padding and boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Send your return via a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx; we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance due to the high value and weight of brake assemblies.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the kit is in brand-new condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
